- Both Original examples and Reproduction examples can be found in clear glass.
- Reproductions are more brilliant in colour, but have a glossy finish.
- The Moon depicted on the Reproduction, is smaller and less defined.
- Original examples are very crisp in comparison, and light in weight.
- On the Reproductions, the mouth of the ostrich appears to be open wider, and the specticles are sitting above the face, rather then on the beak, like the Original Goblet.
- We have found examples signed (with L.G. Wright's "w" in a circle signature) and unsigned (believe to be L.G. Wright as well).
