- Reproductions have a slightly weaker impression in the leaves and berries.
- The pattern in a Reproduction example has a waviness in the berries and leaves, unlike the crisply detailed Original.
- Originals are translucent when held to the light, similar to "Opalescent Glass". While the Reproductions are missing characteristic, and appear more solid in the milk glass white colour.
- Originals have only been found in clear and milk glass. All other coloured examples are Reproductions.
